The Cart Shed

The Cart shed is a unique modern barn conversion with two en-suite bedrooms downstairs and a lovely open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the first floor, outside is a patio area with table, chairs, sun umbrella and charcoal BBQ.

As you walk into the light airy hallway of The Cart shed you are greeted with lovely oak doors at either side, one leading to a king bedroom with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and a sliding door to an en-suite shower wet room. On the opposite side of the hall way is a large and spacious family bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, this room also has a fitted wardrobe and an en-suite shower room, both bedrooms have oak sliding shutters on the windows replicating the original shutters, giving a nod to the past and a wonderful way to integrate the old with the new.

Upstairs set amongst the original Queen post trusses is a fantastic living space with sofa, easy chairs, smart TV & DVD player a generous dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with 60/40 fridge freezer, electric single oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave.

This cottage has lots of lovely features with lovely original beams, open plan upstairs living and underfloor heating both up and down stairs.

English Heritage

There are many English Heritage sites near to Sambrook Manor Holiday Cottages. Lilleshall Abbey and Haughmond Abbey are great places to take a picnic and soak up the story that they tell. Take a visit to Britain’s 4th largest Roman city at Wroxeter where an audio tour will give you a fascinating insight into the daily lives of the romans who once lived there. Boscobel House and the Royal Oak, King Charles II's famous hiding place along with Wenlock PrioryBuildwas Abbey and Acton Burnell Castle are all great places to visit.
