  • A 150cm wide x 290cm long paved path leads up to the cottage entrance.
  • An automatic light with sensor lights up the path & front door.

 

The Cottage

  • The front door is 97cm wide and has an 12cm threshold and opens to a tiled hallway, a ramp can be placed at the door to aid getting over the threshold.
  • To the left is a 83cm wide door leading to bedroom 1 which has an en-suite wet room shower room.
  • To the right is a 82cm wide door leading to bedroom 2 which has an en-suite shower room.
  • Straight in front is the broom cupboard and to the right stairs leading to the upstairs open plan kitchen/diner/living area.

 

Bedroom 1 – Downstairs, King
